Immaculate Constellation: New Government UFO Program Revealed

The U.S. government says it is not hiding secret UAP/UFO programs or even investigating the phenomenon, but whistleblowers say otherwise. A new whistleblower within the Intelligence Committee has come forward and revealed a new UAP investigation program, including name-dropping the program’s official title and many other details we’ve been craving for decades!

Following the 2017 New York Times bombshell article where Luis Elizondo came forward for the first time and revealed the existence of the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), there were reports of another unnamed program that followed in its footsteps and took its place. We eventually learnt that this was the Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon Task Force (UAPTF), and after David Grusch blew the whistle in 2023, we now know this was the program he worked for.

Grusch has gone on record as being aware of a competing program that constantly stonewalled his investigative efforts. It was always common sense to assume that after these UFO investigation programs went public, there would always be more lurking behind the scenes that wouldn’t be public knowledge — despite the government’s repeated denial.

Today, it was reported by Michael Shellenberger of PUBLIC that a previously unheard-of UFO investigation program’ exists, and this time we know its name.

Immaculate Constellation

This is a leaked whistleblower report from a former Intelligence Committee official that revealed that the United States Pentagon is operating a special access program around UFO/UAP investigation and crash retrieval called “Immaculate Constellation”. It’s said that this program was formed in 2017 by the Department of Defense following the New York Times revelations.

The unnamed whistleblower, whose identity is being withheld out of fear of the repercussions, has alleged in their report that the ‘Immaculate Constellation’ program withholds direct evidence of the phenomenon, including allegations about sightings collected by the Pentagon, documentation of firsthand encounters with UFOs, and hard evidence that is being kept in a database used by the intelligence community.

This database details firsthand encounters including one report where multiple orb UFOs surrounded an F-22 and forced it out of its patrol area, with the pilot attempting to evade but was boxed in by the orbs. One of these orbs mimicked the F-22’s exact position within 12 meters parallel of the cockpit, and despite attempting different manoeuvres, the UFO didn’t break position. The pilot was eventually forced out of their mission and forced to retreat.

Another report reveals Navy aircraft crew witnessed an orange-red sphere descent from a high altitude directly above the flight deck of the aircraft carrier. These crewmembers reported they were overcome with feelings of unease as if they’d just snapped out of a trance. This is consistent with various stories of firsthand encounters with the phenomenon, feelings of fear or comfort are often felt when coming close to these objects.

This new whistleblower report concludes that “the existence of IMMACULATE CONSTELLATION demonstrates the extant capability to detect, quarantine, and transfer UAP and ARV [Alien Reproduction Vehicle] collection incidents before they are observed and circulated within the Military Intelligence Enterprise, thus serving as a means of enforcing internal information security.”

Could “Alien Reproduction Vehicle” refer to reverse-engineered craft? David Grusch previously revealed the existence of reverse engineering special access programs, focused on understanding crashed and retrieved UFOs to create man-madetechnology. Could this be the program Grusch was referring to? It’s likely, and if anything, this is all coming together piece by piece.

A report to Congress has described different types of UAP in detail, with the last 30 years of investigation they’ve concluded that the most common types of UAP include: spheres or orbs, discs, saucers, tic-tacs, and triangles. This was reported to the United States Congress but not shared with the public.

The denial

The Pentagon has, of course, denied the existence of this program like they have done many others that are eventually revealed to exist. Department of Defense spokeswoman Sue Gough stated the DoD has no record, present or historical, of any type of SAP called ‘Immaculate Constellation’,”.

This may be true if the special access program in question wasn’t overseen by the Department of Defense directly. It’s possible the ‘Immaculate Constellation’ program was overseen by another executive branch, or even run outside of oversight (like the programs David Grusch has alleged), then there wouldn’t be any hard evidence of the program’s existence within the DoD.

If the allegations are true, and there are defence Human intelligence databases that are accessible within the intelligence community with footage, reports, and firsthand testimony of UFO encounters — it’s unsurprising that this would be kept quiet as UAP secrecy is rampant within the United States Government and engrained into our culture.

This program is run out of the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and apparently, they don’t want to acknowledge its existence both publicly and internally. According to this new report, publications simply containing the name “Immaculate Constellation” may trigger increased government surveillance under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), meaning it’s been previously unsafe to discuss this program’s existence due to the strict secrecy surrounding this project.

What’s interesting is that more whistleblowers that come forward add another piece to a much larger picture. Could this all be one large disinformation campaign? Maybe, but there are more and more whistleblowers coming forward since 2017 and what they’re bringing to light cannot be ignored.
